The gazebo turned out beautifully, however, I want to stress that it is quite difficult to put together. It took 5 very capable, experienced men 1day just to put the sides and top up. It took 2 men another whole day to install roof panels. The lighting is soft and just perfect. Not to bright or too low. It looks quite stunning out by our pool. We love it.
This gazebo is definitely nice there's no questioning that. The installation however is a completely different story. First the directions are absolutely retarded. They really don't explain a lot. There's also misspelled words. ( I know not a big deal but it shows the quality of the manufacturer) Any way I bought this gazebo and started putting it together in my yard and of courser I lost a few nuts and screws. Luckily they give you an extra hardware bag....just not enough for me I guess. I went to sears, and every **********, ************, etc in my area and cant find any of these screws or bolts. Called the customer service number that came in the box and its an absolute joke. It's a guys cell voicemail...that he never and I mean never answers no matter when you call. Being a smart consumer I did some research online to check out the company website and of course it's some off brand chinese manufacturer. With literally no information on the website except pictures, long distance numbers and an e-mail address. The help page is literally blank. I guess this is enough of a rant and I'm just one guy out of god knows how many bought this thing. Final thought is it's nice if you have someone like sears install it. if you have to do it yourself you're in for a real treat...and for the love of God please don't lose any screws #49 or #50 and if you lose the tiny little bolts you might as well call it a wash. I'm just upset this thing is 85% complete in my back yard and I cant finish because of 6 bolts and 4 screws. GRRRR! Oh well time to take this down and take it back!
I bought this on sale for $314.99. My 13 year old daughter and I put it together in about 8 hours, on two separate Sundays, The instruction were straight forward and easy to follow. It looks great on my patio and my wife loves it. I would not pay full price for it ($2000 - $2700) at a little over $300.00 it is gorgeous and would recommend it
Well first of all the picture looks great....and yes I put this together by myself....I would not recommend it but I have the skills and did it in 8hrs...For the price its not worth.... the lines don't match up.... holes don't align...and roof panels are very thin...this will definitely not hold up in the winter....scratched and dented pieces....for 2300.00 its not worth it...its cheap quality....don't waste your money
