I love this controller, it works great. I love the fact that you dont' have to have batteries. The off brand contollers don't even compare to this one.

Dual shock contrOller great!

An excellent controller, has smooth functioning. It's great for families that enjoy multiplayer games on the ps3. It even has a shock sensation when experiencing some kind of collision or action in the game being played. I deffinetly recommend them to everybody who owns or wants a ps3

Controller PS3

This is the controller to get. I have used most of the off brand items for all of the play staton systems. I will now only buy Sony. The dual shock 3 is a must if you like to have the best gaming experience you can have. For a lot of games you need the dual shock controller so you can feel the footsteps of people coming up behind you.

original & best

These are the best controllers you can get for the PS3. They take a lot of punishment, and just keep on going. Hold a charge for a good long time, and have the option to plug in to the PS3 to charge while playing if you have a long enough cord. Spend the extra few bucks!

PS3 dualshock3 review

PS3 controller is a top of the line gaming controller. They are super duper durable. I have had great success with these controllers. Also the dualshock is great to have during game play. I have dropped my controllers many times and never had a problem with them.

PS3 Controller

We love this product. My boyfriend the gamer is very particular and he hasn't had one complaint. The only thing that would have helped us is instructions on how to charge and how long it needed to be plugged in. We were very new to the PS3 so we weren't sure how it was supposed to work.

Excellent Controller

You get exactly what you pay for, a nice sleek and durable remote controller for the Sony playstation 3. It is ergonomic and fits well and comfortable in your hands. Battery life is excellent. The wireless feature is very handy and useful. The analog sticks are also very nice.

I had brought me a Play station 3 for my self and I wanted to buy more controllers on the side. I love the fact that these are wireless it makes it so much eaiser to play. The price I paid for it was an awesome price even through it was on sell, it still was a great price.

kids like the remote.. nice and moveable like the wii remotes but better able to hold on the remote and access to all buttons..really like the effects of the remote

Great controller

Love the wireless and the battery life lasts a long time. Would recommend to anyone tired of messing with the corded type. I already owned a controller exactly like this one and have been looking for one to go on sale before I bought another one. I got it for $34.99 on Thanksgiving.

Great standard controller

This is a sturdy controller made by Sony, and is the official controller. The controller is wireless bluetooth, syncs instantly, and works with all games. Performance wise it is the same that we expect with all of our DualShock 3's. Perfect feel for comfort, strong vibrant vibration, and great sixaxis motion control translation (on games that support them). When playing vibration intensive games like Call of Duty, you will feel how great and powerful the vibration is. The constant gunfire will vibrate till your hands get numb.

When people think of PS3 controllers, they think of Dualshock: the brand is synonymous with the system. I can certainly see why as the controller swiftly responds to cues in game and has a sleek design to it that makes people want to use it constantly. Sure, this controller costs quite a bit, but I can assure you that it’s worth the money; the cheaper controllers just don’t seem to possess the look and feel associated with this product.

It hasn't changed much fine product but not a great one

I have had the following: PS1, PS2, PS3 and the controllers have always been fine, but just fine fine never great.  I have also had the X box 360 and feel that it is a better controller because the PS3 controller does not have a true trigger like the 360 and also lacks in the size departament.  PS controllers always feel small in the hand if you are an adult gamer and if you go through a third party to get a larger controller they dont work right or last long.

One of the biggest plusses is the length of time the battery lasts between charges and unless the battery needs to be recharged, I have not experienced the controller disconnecting accidently.

Best you can own!

The official Sony controller is the best you can do. Even for the price, it's worth it. The controller is built sturdy and doesn't feel cheap at all. Definitely the way to go if you're an avid gamer.
