I bought this generator because it was the best value and came with all the extras I wanted.
I'm a bit disappointed with this unit. I bought because it was rated for 2500 continuous watts but when I received it, it is only rated for 2250. I need a total of 2400 watts. It is much louder than 66db. It could be 66db at 40yards which could be believable!!!! It is slightly quieter than the caged generators and probably will return this unit due to FALSE ADVERTISING. The top handles are quite flimsy and probably will not last longtime since it not attached to anything structural. Also when it was delivered box was heavily damaged. The engine OFF and ON turn button is also very flimsy and cheap. The only good news I have is it started on the first pull. Should of bought a Honda or Yamaha!
My STANLEY handheld generator is quiet but provides all the power I could ask for.
This STANLEY has plenty of power for being a handheld generator.
The all weather feature sets this generator apart from any other. Being able to operate my generator while staying dry is priceless.
