Sunny Motorized Mini Bike easy to set up and worked well.

I am 64 years old and had a thoracic and back injury about 3 years ago. My physical therapist put me on a UBE (upper body exerciser) which really helped heal my injury. The Sunny Mini Bike is not for a serious weight lifter or muscle builder, but works really well to keep older muscles toned. I did not turn on the motor and just used its natural resistence. (you can't really set any resistence on this one.) I did it forwards and turned the unit around to do the exercise in reverse. My muscles felt the difference, but did not ache at all. I am really happy with it for what I need.

Not What I Expected!

|

I was hoping this bike would actually have some resistance levels but it doesn't. I can go as fast as I wanted. The timer isn't really necessary and don't even both bother pulling it in. I am still wondering why it has electrical plug since it doesn't monitor anything. It's okay for a portable recumbant cycle but that's the best I can say.
