Maybe it was a cashier error. I always check the receipt right after I leave the check out. I find errors at least half of the time. If I'm in a hurry, and its only a few cents, I let it go, but for 3.00, you bet I would go to customer service and get my money. To be fair, I have to say, most of the problems I encounter are at Krogers.

Hi! Sometimes the annoying SYW coupons just don't work. The problem seems to have gotten worse lately. Call the SYWR Customer Service at 1-800-991-8708, 8 AM-11PM CST, 7 days a week, except for certain holidays. Choose the option that lets you talk to a Representative. They are usually very helpful and polite. Hope that helps!
