With having a budget, I purchased tires though Sears online and the price was within my budget. When I picked it Up they gave me more expensive tires and was well over $100 which was NOT what I ordered. NO email was sent for correction as to why but STUCK IT TO ME! Let me just say " MEMBER FIRST"

I got an eReceipt today that says I made a purchase yesterday and charged it on my Discover Card. I was not in your Albany NY store yesterday and I didn't charge anything in any Sears or K-Mart store yesterday. I would like to talk to someone about this but when i call the Albany store I get am list of departments and none of them apply to this problem since it is not about charges on my Sears credit card.

I redeemed points for a purchase thru sears on 11-28 and was told i would receive item on 12-08 at time of order placement yet am still waiting for order to be processed!!!! I can find no phone number to call to find out about this order yet when i asked about the order customer service rep said call company to find out about the order! very unhappy with the program right now!
