under this question "My statement is showing I have a certain amount of Points, but I know I've spent more than this. What should I do?". I have seen my points come up much quicker though. You can also call the SYWR Customer Service at 1-800-991-8708, 8 AM-11PM CST, 7 days a week, except for certain holidays. Choose the option that lets you talk to a Representative. In my experience calling them gets a quicker response. They are usually very helpful and polite. Hope that helps!
