You might need to fill out a w-9 form. Check the bottom of the email, once you hit a certain threshold with the site, you have to fill that out to keep getting points.

How do I remove the trim ring around the water and ice dispenser on my one year old Kenmore 25370313211 refrigerator. Picture shows screw none on mine

Stephen, I suspect the trim ring you are referring to is the housing cover that fits around the dispenser. Did you remove the drip tray at the bottom, to check for a screw? The frame can be removed by pulling straight out at a corner and then working your way around the frame, pulling it out of the groove. If you would like to have a technician check this, you can call 1-800-469-4663 to schedule a tech to come out. I hope this will help you.

I have a Kenmore Refrigerator/Freezer Model # 25361822106 that refuses to defrost. Do I start with replacing the defrost timer or heater or thermost?

Scott, I'm sorry you are having this problem with the refrigerator. A good check for this will be to first, try advancing it manually into a defrost cycle. To do this, turn the dial on the timer, clockwise very slow until it makes a loud click and the unit stops running. After a few minutes, if you can hear a sizzling or popping sound inside the freezer, it will mean the heater is on. In this case, the timer # 215846602 will need to be replaced. If nothing happens, I would recommend replacing both the heater # 5303918208 and bi-metal thermostat # 5303918202. If you would like more assistance, reply back with additional details and we will be glad to assist you further. I hope this will help you.

Hello Tina and thank you for your question. I understand your concern about the green wire. This wire is just a ground wire and yes it can be connected to the wall cover.

Ice gets stuck while trying to dispense. A good whack dislodges the ice, then it comes out.

Brian, I'm sorry you are having this problem with the ice dispenser. In most cases, this type of problem can be resolved by reducing the size of the cubes. There is a button on the side of this icemaker module that will adjust the water fill and reduce the size of the cubes. I hope this will help you.
