I received 15,000 surprise points in jewelry, but even when I add a $200 jewelry item to my cart, the points don't show up. How do I use these points?

Hi! When you receive an offer of "surprise points" the surprise points don't add to your account until the actual time you fulfill the offer. For example with some offers you are required to spend a minimum amount and you should have received an email with those details. After meeting any requirements you must redeem (apply) the amount of surprise points offered during check out and then you'll see the surprise points deducted off your total needing to be paid. If you are paying your entire order with only points you'll see your surprise points added and deducted after you've completed checking out. Hope that helps!
