Hi! Check the email address where they sent your offer. Unless you deleted it you should be able to print it again. If you deleted it try going to this page: Shop Your Way Rewards VIP. Look for the offer you selected- it might say something like "Benefit selected". If you see that there is usually an option there for you to click on for them to re-send you that email. If none of that helps you can call the SYW VIP-only help line at 1-800-990-5427. You can read more about the VIP level here: shopyourway.com/help/sywrp/vip-program. Hope that helps!
