Hi! Click on the tab "Rewards Points" in the top right corner then click on "View your account history". If you are seeing your purchase there it might just be taking a few days for your points to process and add to your points total. Bonus points often take a few days to process. If you are not seeing that purchase at all and are a SYW VIP level member you can call the SYW VIP-only member # at 1-800-990-5427. If you are not a SYW VIP level member you can call the SYWR Customer Service at 1-800-991-8708, 8 AM-11PM CST, 7 days a week, except for certain holidays. You will need your receipt/invoice handy to give them info from it so they can add your purchase to your account. Hope that helps!
