Hi! Call the SYWR Customer Service at 1-800-991-8708, 8 AM-11PM CST, 7 days a week, except for certain holidays. Choose the option that lets you talk to a Representative. They are usually very helpful and polite. Hope that helps!

Hi! You need to be sure your birthday is listed on your SYW profile. Click your name at the top of the page then click "Edit Personal Info". You also need to be a SYW bonus member to receive emails from SYW. To do that click on your name at the top of the page then click "Account Settings". Next page go to the left and click on "REWARDS". Make sure your correct email address is listed there and you have a check mark in the box "Send Bonus Offers to my Email". If you still have questions about bonus points for your birthday month call the SYWR Customer Service at 1-800-991-8708, 8 AM-11PM CST, 7 days a week, except for certain holidays. Choose the option that lets you talk to a Representative. They are usually very helpful and polite. Hope that helps!
