I always choose that benefit and it has NEVER worked for me. No different this quarter. I added the coupon, tried to check out, but received an error message. Every quarter, I called in, they notate the account....then I have to call back the next day after the transaction posts and they can see it (order confirmation number is never good enough - even for a VIP Platinum) and they have a supervisor add the points. Its extremely frustrating and not well executed. I know I can't be the only person who has this SAME ISSUE every single quarter.....for FOUR STRAIGHT YEARS!
