This is a great stand; it is of high-quality and looks great in my living room; i would recommend it to my friends.
I absolutely love this! It was easy to assemble and it fits perfectly into the area without being intrusive. It compliments the t.v. with its high-tech appearance. I strongly suggest this for anyone who wants a clean, elegant look to accompany their t.v.
I bought a LG 60 in Plasma TV weighing about 110 lbs. I was looking for a decent stand. I saw this stand at a local store at a clearance price of about $250. However, it rang up for about $148. The assembly instructions were easy to follow and I finished assembling in about 30 minutes. This stand is rated for about 260 lbs. Pretty good buy !
very easy assembly,sharplooking.seems to be made good coming from china.the only drawback was the wire protectors that snap in the screen,back of tv stand.they fall out made very poorly.i had to glue them in place.
Great item Bottom shelf is not square angles back so will have some hang over of components Shelf is not adjustable. Measure to be sure your items will fit before ordering. Worked for our set up.
I've denied myself the luxury of a flat panel television for years and finally broke down and went for a 50" plasma. Of course, became the task of purchasing a suitable television stand to accommodate the size of the TV. I couldn't believe the prices out there and the poor quality of merchandise. I lucked up with this stand! Being price conscious, especially after purchasing a TV costing more than $1,000.00, I wasn't trying to buy a stand that cost 1/2 the price of the TV. Normally, this stand was about $300.00 (more at some other stores) but Sears had the stand on sale for 1/2 price at the time (I believe I paid about $150.00 for this stand before tax in November 2008). However, even at $300.00, the stand was comparable in quality to those costing $100's more! It was extremely easy to assemble, its sturdy, sleak and really opens up the room with its simple, non-intrusive design. I'm happy with my purchase and you won't be disappointed!
The top shelf on this began to bow only months after I bought it. It couldn't withstand the weight of a 50" plasma. It looks nice , but a poor design when it comes to holding up your tv.
It is a dark mahogany brown as another reviewer pointed out. I have a 50" DLP (led-slim) sitting on it and it's probably two or three times as heavy as the set.Took about 30 mins to put together with another adult (you will need one).I have the glass shelf in the middle and I'm thinking about moving it up or down. I may need more than the 6.5-7" clearance each shelf has in that position.Overall, very happy. The online ordering/store pickup was pretty cool. You type your name into a kiosk at merch. pickup and you get a wait-time on a screen above like you are looking for your flight. Took longer to park than it did to secure the item.
This stand is a very dark brown, not black as it appears in the picture. It was very easy to put together (took my husband and I about 45 minutes) since the instructions and packaging of the pieces were really nicely organized. The stand is heavy, and feels very sturdy for its size. Only drawback is dusting is tough between the 'decorative' top shelf and the top of the stand... but all in all, very happy with our purchase. PS DVD's fit standing up on the bottom shelf if you put the glass shelf on the top option out of the three holes available.
Bought this product for my Plasma T.V.So easy to put together, when i first saw it i was intimidated but it was so simple.great company.
I bought this online as I am disabled and unable to go to the SEAR'S store and needed a stand to complement my TV which I bought at the same time.I was amazed at the ease of completion of putting it together. The shelves are not to tall nor not to small. Just right for your components, and also rear exit for cords.Beautiful glass stand. Also has several other non electronic items on either side of the TV, but also the same on all shelves.Buy it. Worth the great price
