these are really great and wonderful, at least as much as vacuum bags can be. i really need a life.

this bag is just as good as the name brand bags
machine should come with a new bag and clean filters
The bags are smaller and more expensive. I buy them out of necessity not choice. The vacuum doesn't work half the time and it's only 3 years old.
Bags were made for that specific vacuum and work fine with it. Tried using bags left over from last vacuum but didn't have the proper fit.
at the prestent time i own 3 kenmore vacuums and i run a cleaning business and 80% of the houses now have them to. the 20% paid for the kirby and are stuck with me bringing mine in.. I LOVE THE VACUUM AND THE BAGS I will continue to buy them from sears and so will my clients
I love your Kenmore Canister Vacuum cleaner and we have 3 of them. (one is extremely old but still works great) Why have you changed the bags to the cheap, smaller bags? They do not last very long and they tear very easily. Recently one tore in the vac and could have caused a lot of damage to the machine. You do still have the other great bags but they are hard to find because so many people prefer them. If someone with a great Kenmore vacuum gets those awful bags, they might not think that your vacuum is as wonderful as it is or they could damage the machine. Please do not try to cheapen your bags and thus ruin the reputation of your very very good dependable vacuum. I would like to get another Kenmore Canister Vacuum someday but an very concerned about your future plans for your bags. You have a quality product, do not cheapen it.
These are the worst bags I've ever purchased. When I closed the lid to the vacuum the bags tore. I didn't realize it at first and when I checked to see how full the bag was I discovered that all the dirt was all over the outside of the bag! What a frigging mess!! I would like my money back!!!
I "inherited" my mother's Kemore vaccuum when she moved into a small apartment. It is at least 20 years old and still works great. I first had to buy bags for it a couple of years ago and as I remember it you got 10 bags for less than ten dollars. So imagine my surprise when I had to buy some more bags this month and found out you only got three bags for five dollars! Even with my lackadaisal attitude towards housecleaning, at this price, it wont be long before I spend more on bags then the vaccuum originally cost!
We came by our Kenmore vacuum at a garage sale, and we were thrilled to find such a great deal! We were a little unsure, though, how much replacement bags would cost for such a nice vacuum cleaner. We were once again excited when we found the needed bags at Sears - and they weren't that expensive at all. The associate who helped us at the store was really friendly and very nice. Who knew buying vaccum cleaner bags could be such a great experience?!?! :)
I have used these bags for years now and they have never burst or performed poorly. The only negative experience I have had is that once in a while, I will get a bag where the cardboard tab easily comes apart from the bag due to not enough adhesive. Other than that, these are great bags that I would recommend to others.
I've used Sears Kenmore vacuum cleaners for over 30 years now. They've always performed well and with 5 kids and several pets, you need that. The bags for the canister vacuums have never, ever failed me. I've never had one break in all that time. These bags are very reliable.

At first i thought that i would only be able to get a package of bags like this for $15 but my sales person helped me to realize that i could get smaller bags with fewer in a pack to save money. it was perfect and even though they weren't the ones that came with my vacuum i was still able to easy install it and it works great. I was very happy when i got these bags because i was saving money and still getting the job done right. I was also happy that the previous bag had a name on it so i knew exactly where to find it.
Once i got my new bag in my vacuum, it was ready to go. i vacuumed for a whole hour and not one problem. the vacuum worked great and got the job done the way i wanted it to. I believe that the bag is the whole reason my vacuum worked so well. i could hear the suction power behind it and a clean bag is exactly what made it happen. So thanks Kenmore for making such good products!
These are easy to change, and seem to hold quite a bit of dust. No tearing, either.
