Wonderfully simple equiptment

Wavemasters last forever, we have them at the karate studio. I wouldn't recommend wearing shoes to kick them though as it will cause excessive wear. Height extends nearly to eye level for me (I am 6'4") for the highest of punches and kicks.

not a real workout eqiupment

This is simply a cushion. You can get worn out with this one. I think it's too short. I ended up kicking higher than usual after training so much so I believe it should've been designed for high kicks. I have noticed that the cloth torns easily so keep it out of the sun and handle it well. try to test it out before you buy it to see if it suits you.

Good striking practice

Good for striking. Stays up well with water or sand in the base.

Great item and good price. Our son loves his new training bag

|

Our son is in Tae Kwon Do and loves his new training/practice bag. Not quite as big as the ones he uses in class but it is the perfect size for using in a spare bedroom or garage.

Great buy.

|

This bag is a great buy overall. It's the exact bag we use in kickboxing class, which is why I purchased it for my home gym. If hit with enough force the base can move, but I move around the bag so it's not an issue keeping it place. Would recommend filling base with sand rather than water. Very durable. Adjustable height in useful and the price is nice. I would definitely recommend.
