I just purchased this particular range mainly because of the features it has. The only problem I see that needs to be addressed is it could have a more understanding manual for this particular model only. When you read the manual it is hard to figure out which thing is for this model and the features only show an upgraded model with more buttons. It does take longer to boil water than our previous Whirlpool range that was about 16 years old. I'm not sure about the automatic on off feature of the burners when heating up. Maybe that's why it takes longer to do the above. I do like the Big window on the oven door to see how things look inside. Overall it is a good range so far. I haven't had it long enough to know how good it is going to be. Like I said earlier it needs a manual just for this model only.
I bought a Whirlpool Accubake Electric Range with glass cooktop in 2008. After only two years of use, the glass cooktop has begun to spall, throwing off dime sized chips of glass from the cooktop surface all around one of the dual zone burners, creating a safety hazard for the user and any children who may be in the area at eye level. Both Sears and Whirlpool refused to repair the cooktop without charge because the one year warranty had expired. Buy an Accubake if you want a range that may last only two years!
Cook top and oven work fine, as expected. Used in a vacation home so no heavy use requirements. Seems everything that touches the surface requires the cleaner to get off but being this is my first ceramic top stove that just be the norm

It is my first time with a flat top stove. I like it now but when I first got it, I felt like the pots were sliding on the top! Glad I got over that!
I have had two burners go bad...I had to replace the digital controller (for $200+) and then the switch went bad and nearly started a fire when the the burner came on without warning. I also had to remove the glass from the oven door because dripping get in behind the glass...not once but twice. Sear's has the WORST customer service!

I like the true temp system, you don't really need convection.

I previously owned a Kenmore glass top with a warming burner and hidden element for easy cleaning. I prefer this model better since I rarely used the warmer and it heats up faster with the exposed element.
