Description Specifications
Whistler Laser-Radar Detector with Real Voice® Alerts helps you drive safer
The Red Text Display Whistler Laser-Radar Detector makes it easier to get a quick sense of the surrounding environment. Boasting total band protection and 360-degree laser detection, the XTR-555 keeps you in the loop of any surveillance going on around your vehicle. A red text display, Whistler's exclusive Twin Alert Periscope, and Real Voice technology all make sure you don't miss a beep or detector while driving.
The Whistler Laser-Radar Detector has Real Voice® Alerts so you can keep your eyes on the road and drive safer. When selected, Real Voice provides added information to the detected signal over and above the simple band ID tones. The unit says "X band" when it detects an X band signal. Real Voice is also used to articulate Safety Warning System messages and feature selections.

  • Red Text Display Whistler Laser-Radar Detector gives you total band protection
  • 3 City modes reduce false signals in busy urban areas
  • 360° Maxx Coverage detects radar signals all around your vehicle
  • Dim/dark modes for late-night driving
  • High gain lens for more sensitive detection
  • Real Voice® Alert keeps you up to date without taking your eyes off the road
  • Features Total Band™ protection and VG-2 detection
