Box is a lot smaller than pictured on line. Works well for small tools but I had to purchase a larger one this year.
handle broke first time i used it. even worse is the customer service. no one, seller or manufacturer will replace a $1 part.
Very handy, easy to move around, and holds enough tools to get the job done.
Too many plastic parts l had a latch break off first time I loaded it into truck That was that was 5 months ago No plastic latches left on unit now. Started having problems with tele-scoping handle, latching not releasing properly. But I guess that was miner compared to handle section finally snapping off .So much for portable. Bottom box is flimsy, plastic edging too weak and has cracked and broken repeatedly box does not hold shape or stack without plastic edge. Not for working folks. was hoping for toolbox not teacup!!!
when you go to a job its easy to take all your tools you will need with the 3 tool boxes and pull cart.
Hello, I received this tool box for Christmas. The box looks very classy. I didn't realize there were so many plastic parts on this box. In addition, there is no easy access to the bottom compartment. You have to remove the top two boxes first and then access the bottom compartment. I will have heavy tools in the other compartments and I don't see that this will be a feasible solution to a tool box for me. I am taking the box back and getting a standard Craftsman rolling tool chest.

I'm a jewelry artist and teacher who needs a mobile tool caddy to bring my tools, which are quite heavy, to class. This is the third toolbox I've tried. The others were just too flimsy to meet my needs. I am generally happy with this mobile work station. It's roomy, fairly sturdy, and easy to maneuver in and out of my car. The wheels work well (my major complaint about a flimsy plastic Stanley Tool box I used before this...) A few things could stand improvement: For a box advertised as "stainless steel," I am disappointed by the number of plastic parts it has. You have to be careful with the side clamps, that they don't get caught up when moving the box when it's apart. One of them is already starting to show signs of wear after it popped off when I was getting it into my car. The pop-up tow handle assembly seems a little flimsy and I'm wondering if it will hold up. Also, there's no easy way to grasp the bottom box to lift it into my car, especially as it's filled with heavy tools. The top lip isn't firmly attached and can come off if you grab it at the top.
