Here we go

The only thing I as a mechanic would suggest is actually bolting the wheels in and not using self tapping screws,  that and a surge protector in the top. Other than that I like be it

Not for everyday use.

Some comments on the item 1) casters are not shipped attached. not a 1 man job to do safely as instructions are to set on it's back to install. if Sears isn't going to install with delivery, it should be shipped with them attached. . 2) steel gauge isn't too thick, drawers are not rolled steel for strength. not sure these will hold up long term with reasonable weight attached. 3) side walls are thin gauge steel 4) castors do not lock well and it wants to creep on uneven floors even if in locked position. 5) drawers do not close easily and it's some effort to open or push it into the latched closed position. Not for someone who works with their toolbox every day. 6) only one deep drawer for power tools. Could have used a big long drawer with the same height. 7) drawer liners are precut and included except for the top area overall an ok box if you're not a professional that will use this frequently. However for the price i'd expect some better build quality in the drawers, castors and steel thickness.

good quality

Nice looking tool box. Good quality works well. The top cover needed some adjusting to be able to close it. T thought the finish was good.

Cheap thin material, poor craftsmanship, worst customer service

|

I got the item, and tried to assemble. I had hard time installing handle as the bolts won't go in. When I inspected the handle, I realized holes for the bolts on one side are not threaded. What a poor craftsmanship - they call themselves craftsman! When I called in to get the handle replaced, they ping ponged me among 4~5 different departments, circling around, with no one know how to handle. Finally, one person could make the decision, saying that they can only replace the entire unit, but not the handle. OMG... They will waste their time, money, and mine. Not a bit deal, as I only did install the casters, and put the linings. But it is ridiculous. For $20 ~ $30 part, they are replacing the entire toolbox???

Love it! You better have help to unload it but it is awesome! Came with 4 keys and one key fits all the locks. Comes with drawer liners but not one for the top.
