I love that the shipping was free! it is a great product and is pretty cheap, especially for the *************. I am glad I bought this item and I would definitely recommend it!!!!
110% JUNK!!!!!!!!. After I opened up the box, I discovered rust on the bottom of this brand new tool box. As if the rust wasn't bad enough, there was several areas on the bottom that was missing paint. Oh yea, then there's two drawers that do not open and close properly. I currently own four other craftsman tool boxes one I've owned for over thirty years. No rust or anything wrong with it. If this is quality, no wonder Sears is going further downhill. Now, let me tell you about customer service.???? The sales clerk was nice and helpful. The manager is another story. When I asked for a gift card or some kind of compensation for my time and extra miles traveled to return this JUNK tool box. The manager said"we don't do that"!!!!! If your considering this or any other tool box from Sears, don't waste your time and money.

Nice tool chest
|I ordered it online and picked up at my sears hometown store. It arrived on time and scratch/dent free. I use this for home/ personal use in my garage and it works well for what I use it for. If I was using this day in day out in a factory I would probably opt for something more robust. I like that the top drawers will open without the top hatch being open.
Cons: it came with drawer liners but I had to trim them a little for a better fit. Also, the holes for the handle didn't line up so I had to drill out the holes an 1/8 inch larger for it to line up. Box says it's made in Canada. Overall I'm pleased with it.
