Alingment proved Honda dealer wrong.

We had our Honda CRV aligned at our trusted dealership (for the past 20 years). The car never drove right after that, they spent 9+ hours & still the car was drifting & pulling.Desperate we took it to Sears Auto center in Burlington VT. They proved that the Honda dealer alignment was extremely off & fixed our car. Finally we could drive our loved machine with confidence. We will no longer go to Honda, we will now go to Sears Auto, they guys there are honest & funny too!

Do not use their allignment services

About 8 weeks ago, I took my my 2008 Lexus for allignment to the Grand Canyon store of Sears. Customer service, smiles were all positive. I got my car. The degree of the "pulling to right" did not change one bit. First I blamed myself and thought maybe the roads are leaning towards right so the rain water finds its way. 2 days later, I went back there. A different employee this time, still full of smiles, explained to me that from the results he can tell that this is the best that can be done. I said "you gave 6 months warranty, don't you want to re-check to see if your mechanic was maybe wrong?" Answer, "No". The results says it all. Frustrated, I went to "Collusion Authority", a descent repairshop that I know since they fixed my older car. He took my car, came back in less than an hour with before and after results and it is now as straight as can be. I myself work at a place with about 9000 employees. I'm sorry Sears, but you will never see me in any of your stores again.

Delays, silly arguments, and HORRIBLE service

I made an appointment online for a 1-year alignment for $119.99 as shown on their website. I printed a $20 off coupon from the same site because it was good until 8/10/19. When I got to the 10am appointment at the Brockton, MA store, the sales associate said the price had gone up to $139.99 and that the price I printed from their site a day ago was no good. After some argument, when I showed the printout for $119.99, he changed the list price to $119.99. I requested a courtesy visual brake inspection & battery check. The guy added another $19.99 to the quote, whereas a week ago it was free of charge. I told him I don't want it. I was at the Brockton MA Sears at 10am as per appointment but by the time he wrote the paperwork, it was almost 10:30am. They took a car in for alignment just 5 mins before my paperwork was done, even though I had a 10am appointment & I stood in line for half hour. Then they took 2 more vehicles while my car sat. Disappointed, I left at 11:30am. HORRIBLE SERVICE

My wheel alignment was done promptly at the appointed time. I have used sears exclusively for tires and running gear maintenance for more than 4 decades and they are always reliable, courteous, and skilled.
