Love the fact that the cushions warms you as much as a full seat warmer. Easy to use, just plug it in, It does get very warm and do have to unplug as it is almost too hot. No low, medium or high to adjust. But did buy a second one. Can also place it behind your back which feels good too.

GETS TOO HOT
|I bought this because I had a tailbone injury and the firmness was supposed to feel better according to my doctor, also the heat so this seemed perfect. Well it does heat up nicely but it gets HOT almost BURNING hot so when you unplug it then it is COLD like teeth chattering living in Michigan and playing the plug in and unplug game is no fun. I wish I had kept the box because it would be going back. It is way to hot. Otherwise it is comfortable wish it had settings so you could do low med high then it would be perfect.
