I saw the infomercial for this product and it looked like something very useful. I am limited on kitchen/countertop space and a blender is very bulky and a pain to use. Plus, I like smoothies and coffee drinks. It looked perfect for me. I read online reviews and there was about half negative and half positive. I was confused whether or not I should buy it. My local TV station did a consumer product test on it and they said it was a great product. After thinking about it, and finding the product at my local Walgreens store, I decided to "bite the bullet" and buy the bullet. Haha. I tried about 5 recipes from the booklet (after I read the ENTIRE instruction/recipe book) and I was very impressed with it. I think that the negative reviews are from those people who "do" first and read directions later. This is not a typical blender and should not be operated as one. I used the shake technique to get big pieces down to be mixed up and it worked fine. For all of you who are contemplating buyi
Didnt own the product for less than a year and all the blades stopped working because of a design flaw. I got the usual "the product was manufactured in 2013 so it's no longer covered", as if its the clients fault for knowing when a product was manufactuted. Then I had to pay money to extend the warranty on the magic bullet so that I could get replacement parts. Theses parts costing almost as much as a brand new machine.
