Received an extra 10% off buying online and picking up in my local store. Everything was well packed. All the parts were there and in good shape. Assembly took a little time , about 1 and 1/2 hours. Directions are all diagrams. It would help to have your partner explain while you assemble. I think any written instructions would have led to a bit of confusion. The pictures were actually well thought out. Just look at them thoroughly. Be sure to break it in before your first official use. It does look good when all done!! It's nice that the tank is hidden behind the front panels, unlike my old one which had it by the side. The only drawback on this unit is that it does not a hanger for your BBQ tools. I installed brass cupboard screws on the side lip ( the one without the burner) on my own. Now I have my tools within reach! Unless you have a big crowd to feed all the time, this one is perfect for family and friends. Enjoy !!!
On putting the grill together, one of the main structural parts could not be used because it had been welded incorrectly at the factory. After trying several phone numbers to get the problem resolved ( the number in the owners manual is not the right one) and being put on hold for a total of 45 minutes, I was told the part would be shipped on May 15th. On May 26th I was told the part wasn't shipped until May 22nd. Later I was told the part may not have been shipped at all, but they would do so. Now I'm told that I can not expect the part until sometime in June. That will be a minimum of 3 weekends without the ability to do any grilling.

|We have had charcoal grills for the last several years but when it came time to buy a new one we decided to go back to a gas grill. I had some Sears bucks so decided to try this grill and could not be happier. I was not home when my husband assembled it and he said it was very difficult to put together alone, mainly the legs. The grill works perfectly. We have owned it a couple of months now and use it often and have not had any problems at all with it.

|I purchased this grill 3 years ago. I use it 1 to 3 times a week. It continues to work great. I am going to have to replace the metal flame covers as they are starting to deteriorate but that is expected from a grill in this price range.
Low price - but not cheap!
|This is the best grill I have ever used - which is crazy when you look at the price. I have minimum flare ups, very low hot spots, and the darn thing will get hot enough to melt aluminum very fast - so be careful when you use foil to cook things. I replaced a char broil infrared with this one and can say I'd rather buy a new one of these every 2 years than a weber or charbroil again!
