I desperately needed a new mattress but I was not in the market to spend a ton of money. I also was not going to forgo quality. This is why Beautyrest has become my new favorite mattress brand. They’re sturdy and well made but offer all ranges of prices and options. I have a Queen coil-top and I love it. I prefer a firm mattress and this one has retained the same firmness from day one! It’s firm but the coiled top is soft on your body for comfort. It’s the best of both worlds. I always fear I will be too hot on certain mattresses but this one is breathable and I have had no issues. I will definitely be buying another one of these for my guest room. I am reviewing this for a contest but I should have written this review long before this contest existed.
This is the worst mattress I have ever got. The mattress does not provide any support. I bought 2 of them for 2 rooms. For the one in my bedroom, the mattress sags on the right side immediately, so I move to the left side. An hour later, my back started hurting because the left side started sagging too. I thought I got a lemon. So I moved to the guess room where the second mattress is located to sleep. I had the worse night of sleep ever and woke up with a back ache similar to having a muscle spasm. I had to take pain medication after 1 night of sleep on this mattress. The customer service gave me a really hard time to process the return. They told me the mattress will take time to break in and they cannot process the return after 30 days of trying. I told them I don't want to risk having back pain for 30 days. The pain is not worth is. So 15% restocking fees plus shipping and return pick up is over $200 on top of a horrible back ache and hassle with the customer services.
The mattress is fine for one person; nice and firm. For two we need to upgrade to a higher line one with CENTER SUPPORT; this mattress is too likely to roll into one another. With that small change, it would get an easy 5 stars. Unfortunately, Sears requires us to keep this one for 30 days and pay a 15% restocking fee before we can upgrade; I would have done it the first night! No problem; we will wait and pay. We aren't as light as we used to be. Before you buy BOTH people should lay on the mattress (on your back) at the same time!
tried to return this mattress same day as delivery, called the phone number on order to return it. After going through the answering tree and got a chance to talk to a person. The person couldnt speak or understand conversational english. Asked to speak to a person whose 1st language is English, and was directed to another foreigner. Any way to make a long story short and to end the very frustrating ordeal, I gave up. I was going to buy another mattress from Sears. After the three or four times I've tried to talk to Sears customer service I will not be buying another anything from Sears until you make it possible to talk to an American for customer service.

I bought this mattress because I was in the market for something affordable but still nice. It is pretty firm but it doesn't seem like the firmness is going to hold up as long as I like. I think this mattress is best on top of a full frame bed instead of a box spring. In the future, I will probably spend more on a higher quality mattress.

I've had this mattress for a couple of years now, and I definitely love how firm and sturdy it is, without being uncomfortable. It provides excellent support without being too stiff, and I'd definitely recommend it to fellow shoppers that appreciate a firm mattress. I recommend getting a mattress protector, because I've heard that if you, for example, spill a liquid directly on the mattress, the springs can become corroded easily, so if you use a mattress protector, you won't risk damaging the mattress early on and not getting your money's worth. Though I wrote this review as part of a contest, my opinions are my own.
