Great tire

Second set of these tire on my 2500 HD. I drive 75% highway, 25% rock or sand roads. I haul 800 lbs of fuel occasionally and pull a gooseneck trailer for probably 8-10000 miles on current set. I had 43K on current set and was very pleased with them. Good all around tire that is quiet and very good tread wear. Highly recommended and still made in the USA.

Last almost forever

Finally have to buy new tires. They lasted for about 125,000 miles (or more I bought my truck with 25,000 on it and shortly after bought these tires for it, I just hit 175,000)

Not very noisy on pavement, good traction in rain and every day driving and occasional 4 wheeling. Im happy with my purchase.

Tires are awesome for anything (dry), they will crawl right out off sugar sand bowls and pits. Steep clay and rock trails that are uneven or unmaintained, and they are quiet and very good in the rain here in Florida. "Stay out of mud", they become slicks, unless you bounce of rev limit to finally clear them out. You can puddle jump, but don't expect to drive through any heavy mud or clay they pack right up. expect to get sick of them, they don't wear out lol

Hard to find

|

Have great experience with the tires just can't find them anywhere 35/12.5/16.5 Nobody makes an alternative. Just don't understand with so many 16.5 rims out there, people ran for years and years. I have talked to many people wishing they could find them.

T/A KO's best all round choice

|

I've driven 6 Jeeps each 130,000 miles or more and as soon as the factory tires wore out, I put on BFG T/A KO's. I do some off-roading in Colorado in the summer and some mudding when the cows get loose in the rainy season. I got 70,000 to 80,000 miles of wear on every set of T/A KO's I purchased and never had a flat. They are a great compromise tire - soft enough for a rough road, no hydroplaning on a wet highway, more traction than I can handle off-road, and they don't sing to you on the highway. I've looked at the KO2's but with 10 plies, they are just too stiff for everyday use.
