These tires rock.
The Good: Traction in snow is awesome. Treadlife is amazing, I've had these on my truck for SEVEN YEARS. They'll dry rot before they wear out. They look cool, they aren't noisy on the hallway.
The Bad: There are better tires in the mud. These are good but not great.
The All Terrain TA is a great comprimise for someone who spends most of their time on roads but wants the look (and capability to back it up) of an off road tire. A good bonus is that you'll be able to hear yourself think and they'll last for quite a lont time. If you have a need for a dedicated off road tire these aren't the best. Get Swampers and change them out every year.
An excellent on/off road tire. It has plenty of traction in the dirt and sand while staying reasonably quiet on the pavement.
great all around tire, sidewalls dryrott over time
smooth ride and thick tires which is very comfort and last long time i have for 6 yrs and still alot trend.
These tires look mean, perform well off road and last FOREVER! I'm at 45,000 miles and counting. I don't see a need to replace them for a long time. When I do? BFG's all the way!
A very good all around tire for a 4x4 truck. Not too loud on pavement and very capable off road. Not too bad in the snow either.
have performed as needed - making trips during rain/snow on hwy I-80 between N. CA and N. NV
They work great for my application, I commute over 500 miles a week back and forth to work. I wanted a tire that maintained that off road look but also performed well on the pavement as a daily driver.
I've been extremly happy with my All Terrains. The one aspect that I was not even planning on getting a benifet from is wet weather driving on pavement!!!. This tire is awesome when the rain starts pooring down. I used to slip and slide and now I just drive with the confidance of knowing my All Terrains are going to keep me going in the right direction, no matter what the weather is!!!!
