After 14 months and less than 30,000 miles, the tires were super noisy and I ended up having belt problems with one of the tires.
245/bf gforce c2 a/s is best tires I have bought . the tires are excellent in handlling & road noise.
I bought these tires right before the first snowfall of the season and could not have been more pleased with the performance. As other reviewers mentioned, the tires grip the road very well around sharp or fast turns and curves in the road. Everyday I drive through a national park with twisting and winding roads that go both uphill and downhill and this was the perfect test track for my new tires. I'm pleased to say that they are a great value for the price. I disagree with other comments about the tires being loud. I do not notice any unusual or excessive noise with these tires.
I have had these tires on a 2008 Acura TSX as replacements for the OEM Michelin's. The reason for the purchase of these over the OEMs was because of the good online reviews and price difference. I consider myself somewhat of a spirited driver at times. I have no complaints regarding the handling, braking, and comfort of these tires. They've gotten me through a few winters here in New Jersey/New York. The biggest issue is with how the tires handle road hazards. Potholes here are almost unavoidable at times but the tires should be able to handle even the small to medium sized ones. I have had 3 separate occasions with air bubbles on three different tires over the past two years. By contrast I have had no issues with the Michelins that were on this car previously and the Michelins that are on my MDX and BMW M3. I will not buy BFGoodrich again.
I have used Michelin MXV4 on my 1982 Volvo GLT which has no winters since new and I never got the mileage out of them because the rubber would disintergrate with age prematurally and the same happened with Pirelli PR6s tires. I then thought... I might be stepping down in the tire world.... and decided to try the B.F.Gooderich g-force Super Sport tires and I have to give B.F.Gooderich a thumbs up! They stand up to ultra violet light excellent....the ride is just as good as the MXV4s and the handling is like the Pirelli PR6 maybe even a bit better. They stay black on the sidewalls a long time reducing substantially the amount of sidewall black dressing that most people use on there tires. If you drive at normal / spirited highway speeds like I do with the odd fast cornering .......and keep the tires inflated at 35PSI consistently.... along with consistent front end alignments...you will get above average to perfect performance with these tires and should have no complaints. I have about 45000kms on these tires at the moment and I would definately buy these tires again! from Toronto, Canada
