While this treadmill has great features for the price I would certainly question its reliability.In a little more than two years I had two BH units.The first treadmill was replaced by BH fitness after about three months and the second one the whole cicuit board was replaced several months later.Several months afterwards the drive motor needed to be replaced due to it overloading.With the new motor in I still have the same problem and BH is telling me I must have a worn belt.Treadmill belts when lubed and adjusted properly get about 7000 miles of walking and it was determined by their customer service I walked about 300 miles with mine.I have had many lower end models which I had the opportunity to put many miles on and were trouble free.BH S5TI is not a treadmill I would trust for reliability and also feel their other product can"t be any different.
