We have had SS come out and clean the carpet after many years of pet traffic....Good job but not great. So I make a investment because we are selling our house and need the room to look its best. This machine is fantastic!!!! not only got up a ton of grime and mud, but smells and looks super clean. Highly recommend this to everybody. Frank Clinton Ct.
Used maybe 5 times,it was working fine then poof stopped sprayin. Tried all their suggestion and still nothing uuuggghhh
I bought a home and wanted to clean the carpets. I bought this machine since it had the separate lift off hand-held option to do the stairs. It was so easy to use and did a great job on the carpets.
Have you recently brought home a new puppy? Look no further. This powerhouse from Bissell gets the job done with the quality of a store rental cleaner, but at about half the cost of premium Bissell cleaner, the Big Green Machine. Powerful cleaning action is combined with powerful suction to get carpets clean and dry. The detachable core cleaning engine gives you a powerful uptight and spot cleaner in one great machine. My highest thumbs up rating from this fatigued owner of a new English Bulldog puppy. .
Not sure what's going on but long story short, I fill up the one tank with water/cleaner and when I'm done sucking everything up out of the carpet I maybe get 1/4 of the water back out. Id say suction isn't the best & i'm extremely disappointed.. I just unboxed this unit so I don't believe there to be a problem with any of the components. Not sure what to do at this point
It's perfect. Lightweight and easy to use. Works great in my small place [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I am crazy about clean floors, and I know a lot about cleaning them. I never considered it especially important to check the extraction versus solution applied.. I looked at the cleanliness of the carpet. The machine does ok on the application, and while the carpet is still damp it looks OK. But if you apply solvent, it doesn't all come out, even after as many as ten attempts. The only way I could do it, was to pour water on the carpet and then extrct it with a shop vac. If you leave solvent in the carpet it becomes a shoe sole cleaner, and gets dirty very quickly. I'm sorry to say this machine simply doesn't have a strong enough extraction vacuum. Even though the supply bladder and holding tank inversion is clever, the holding tank seldom gets full to the extent of the empty bladder. The supply pump is adequate but very sensitive to stale solvent left in the line, and will clog and become unusable if it is put away with some solvent in it. Otherwise the maintenance of this machine is intuitive and easily learned. It just isn't a powerful enough vacuum. If they make an aftermarket vacuum pump I'd put it in.
