I have been using this iron for a couple of weeks now and I love it! Hands down one the best irons I've personally owned. Very true to it's name, it has the feel of a nice, heavier weight iron and is very reminiscent of older "classic" irons. It glides very easily, has one dial to adjust the temperature and doesn't leak. It fills easily and everything I've ironed with it so far has been nice and pressed. So simple to use- fill it and plug it in nothing fancy about it. I have also noticed that this iron doesn't sputter and leave watermarks like myolder iron used to. Highly recommended! I purchased this iron a few months ago, and the iron stopped working. This is my second time purchasing the exact iron. The first time it did the same thing, but I just thought I would try it again. The iron never make it to a year. The face of the iron is very sticky and messes up clothing.
Had this iron since January and already it doesn’t get hot as my old iron did and it clicks on and off. This sucks!
My mom bought me this iron just over two months ago. She has the exact same iron and loves it. My iron does not get that hot, and I have to re-iron my clothes for work.
This is a great iron WHEN IT IS HOT, but I can't figure out why it seems to shut off - needing to reheat, but what is the light? Green = ready or heating? No light = ? Red Flashing light seems to be about to shut off completely. I'd give it a 5 if I could find out how to keep it hot without much interruption. Cooling down while ironing isn't so great. I'm all for auto shut-off in general.
