This indoor stationary bike is just what I need being that winter is fast approaching and training out in the elements isn't always feasible. The products quality is superior, and the reduced price made my decision that much easier to make! I always rely on Sears when looking for new items to make life better!
We bought this bike in September 2017. Straight out of the box it had a loud clicking noise. Sears came out to repair it prior to allowing us to return it. They ordered parts and one is still on back order 3 months later. They refuse to return the faulty bike because it is now out of the 30 day window, and cannot repair the bike because the part is "rare and unavailable". Every 10 days Sears calls non-stop to reschedule the repair since the part is still not available. They refuse to return the bike, and refuse to do anything other than keep rescheduling for 10 days out. I have begged and pleaded for them to please take this non functioning bike back and they refuse. Terrible service, that borders on harassment.
First day the peddle which screws in is bad, so the peddle is unbalanced.
The seat is really uncomfortable. The handle bars are uncomfortable for me as well. I usually don’t use them but the seat leans forward. I am going to try and buy a new seat to see if that helps. I’m 5’ 2”. I’ve added a seat cover but it only helped minimally. It’s a sturdy bike and has a monitor that keeps track of your distance and time. There’s no place to hold an iPad or phone.
It’s missing several pieces and is uncomfortable and difficult to operate. I wish someone would return our calls, the local sears sucks
I needed an exercise bike to keep my knees in shape after replacement surgeries on both this past spring and summer. This bike works great for that plus give me a method to some exercising my legs.
