This indoor stationary bike is just what I need being that winter is fast approaching and training out in the elements isn't always feasible. The products quality is superior, and the reduced price made my decision that much easier to make! I always rely on Sears when looking for new items to make life better!
We bought this bike in September 2017. Straight out of the box it had a loud clicking noise. Sears came out to repair it prior to allowing us to return it. They ordered parts and one is still on back order 3 months later. They refuse to return the faulty bike because it is now out of the 30 day window, and cannot repair the bike because the part is "rare and unavailable". Every 10 days Sears calls non-stop to reschedule the repair since the part is still not available. They refuse to return the bike, and refuse to do anything other than keep rescheduling for 10 days out. I have begged and pleaded for them to please take this non functioning bike back and they refuse. Terrible service, that borders on harassment.
As the other review said my peddle came off when I started to bike. It wouldn't screw back in. Customer service ordered the part s am waiting for it.
Good product. Wish the seat had more padding though.
I have contacted the company as Sears would not take the return after I opened and partially assembled. The seat was damaged assuming prior to packaging. I would love to spin in the bike daily, hoping someone from Sears or the manufacturer will reach out and make this right.
I would give more stars if I could use it....
