I just brought this for my husband and he is loving it! The most important is that space that occupies is minimum and also is easy to move!
We bought this bike in September 2017. Straight out of the box it had a loud clicking noise. Sears came out to repair it prior to allowing us to return it. They ordered parts and one is still on back order 3 months later. They refuse to return the faulty bike because it is now out of the 30 day window, and cannot repair the bike because the part is "rare and unavailable". Every 10 days Sears calls non-stop to reschedule the repair since the part is still not available. They refuse to return the bike, and refuse to do anything other than keep rescheduling for 10 days out. I have begged and pleaded for them to please take this non functioning bike back and they refuse. Terrible service, that borders on harassment.
I bought the bike in 2018 Nov. The computer does not work within a year. I called the toll free never and the support was unable to help me with the computer. I now use without the computer.
