So far so good!

I’ve had this bike for about a month now and so far, everything is great! Was relatively easy to assemble and came with everything you needed to get the job done. Seems to be very well built and rides very smooth! I set it up in front of my workout room tv and stream the Peloton app to my Apple TV and it’s perfect! The only thing I would change is adding some kind of clicking/indication of how many notches of resistance you’ve added. You just have to feel that part out.

Disappointed...

The one star review has nothing to do with the bike, but Sears' very poor customer service. The bike would get more stars if I actually had it. From what I've read, this bike gets very positive reviews from people who have purchased from other merchants. I ordered this bike 3 weeks ago and was told to pick it up the following week and each week it gets bumped to the following week and so on because it's not ready. You can't call customer service because it's all automated and they give you the run around and there is no human to talk to. You call the store directly and you get the automated operator and are forced to ask for a department, which the phone rings and no one picks up. I did chat customer service (based in another country), and they don't know what's going on. All they can do is kiss your **** and pretend you're the best customer in the world and not to worry, you're bike will be here. Okay, three weeks later...no bike and they charged my credit card. VERY disappointed and frustrated with Sears. I will not be purchasing anything from them again!

Still no Bike and Customer service is Terrible

12-10-19.  Still waiting for the bike. The customer service saying that the bike will delivered today again but again no bike was delivered. I wish I know all this ordeal with Sears and they products.  They can’t even provide the trucking number.  I see on my bank account that I was charged by sears but no bike was delivered.  I asked to talk to a manager and they assured me. That the bike was going to be delivered today by the end of the day (( They keep saying that every time I ask accountability for my order )).   Do not buy this product I will not recommend it !!

Sears has a poor customer service and they keep giving my the sellers number so I can contact directly with the seller , but unfortunately no one from www.workouthealthy.com is answering me or calling me back. I purchased this spinning bike on Black Friday and the item is not arrived yet. Sears keep saying to wait and  give another day the company to deliver.  And here we go again ,,, I’m waiting and calling since I checked my bank account and noticed I was charged for this bike. I’m upset and I’m sorry if I am repeating this reviews.

I order this item on Black Friday and since then I haven’t had an update , I keep contacting the customer service and they give me the same answer ( Is on your way )  how when they do t give me a trucking number or Amit Hong where I can check.

Never received the bike **Update: bike finally arrived**

Ordered the bike on April 2nd with expected store pick on April 25th. Local store warehouse manager says they never received it and the outsourced overseas customer service swears it is delivered. Not one person at Sears was helpful. In fact, though not their fault, the manager I spoke with at the store flat out told me that items ordered online being shipped to Alaska quite often just never make it to the store. This was said as if this is this is expected to be normal just because we live in Alaska. Really?! All other shipping companies don't seem to have a problem getting items here on time and not losing them. Waiting on my refund....

***UPDATE*** 05/09/18
Bike finally arrived and it is in good condition. I would still not recommend ordering such items from Sears if you live in Alaska. If something goes wrong during shipping, there really isn't anyone that can help you. Your choices are to either wait longer or ask for a refund (which in of itself is apparently a very convoluted task for the overseas customer service to deal with).
