The assembly turned out to be a lot more complex than I had thought, but once it was completed, it was a fine piece of equipment. I just need to train myself to use it more than I do.
I bought the Body Champ BRT3858 to help both me and my wife with our medical problems. The Body Champ was easy enough to setup and it worked fine for the first few times that day but then the fly wheel started to make a grinding noise. Then every once and awhile it would just lock up. When my wife called Sears to see about getting it fixed, her call went over seas to a place where the order was not ever recorded yet. I had to call them and escalate the call until I got to someone who could help but I COULD NOT HEAR him very well (open cube concept?) there was so much noise in the background I have to hand the phone over to my wife who hears better than I do, it sounded like a big party going on - no wonder sears is losing business. Since they could not fix it on site we are returning it back to Sears for a credit.
