Unbelievable work out!

First machine I have ever used that I have to get in better shape to truly enjoy! It was fairly easy to set up and is very stable.

Lacks Durability

The product started out great. However, 45 days into using it, I began to notice minor mechanical issues. Then 60 to 70 days earlier, the parts began to malfunction bending with use. Now the machine squeaks annoyingly and I can't use it. What's worse is when I attempted to make a warranty claim, Sears could not find the manufacturer's information in the their system. To add further insult to injury, there is no information listed online directly by the manufacturer to make a claim. The customer service from Sears and the manufacturer, Body Champ for this product, BCR890 is deplorable. Now it appears that I will not be able to make a claim to at least get a replacement. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT purchase this product from Sears or the manufacturer. I happened to find a number on ****** because the product received a review that documented the same exact problems I'm having. However, when I called that number, it rang numerous times and then disconnected. I am very disappointed because now I am out upwards of $163.00. Again beware; do not purchase this product from Sears, the manufacturer or anyone else for that matter.

climber / stepper

I ordered this stepper/climber because it looked stable with a surrounding frame. After the 3rd use and 500 steps by me and I weigh 210 lbs the inside pulleys shattered rendering the stepper/climber useless.

I would recommend it.

Received and was simple to assemble. Took approximately 30 minutes. Very stable. Well built. Does exactly what I was hoping it would do. The only disappointment is the timer ,step counter, calorie burner read out. The screen does not seem to work well.
