Easy to assemble

This was easy to assemble, although it did take me 5 hours the direction was easy to follow step by step. I set this up by myself using the tools that was supplied in the package and took my time. Be patient! I suggest when taking it out of the box take the parts out and separate to better organize yourself for working space. As far as the Trio Trainer watch the video if you are a novice to learn how to use this, otherwise very easy to use and I am happy with my Trio Trainer.

Didn't Work, Warranty Worthless

I was really excited about this item, but it worked for less than 15 minutes. I ran 10 minutes one day just to test it out, and then the next day within 5 minutes it started thumping inside the case. It sounds like maybe the belt slipped. Sears offered to send someone out to look at it (great!) but when they realized it was Body Flex they said something about not being licensed to service Body Flex equipment and the manufacturer would. Body Flex and their warranty were useless - they'll replace parts, but they don't service the machine so unless you can diagnose the problem yourself or pay someone to look at it those 'free' replacement parts are useless. The woman I spoke with at Body Flex agreed it was probably the belt and if *I* wanted to open it up I could, but she was kind enough to warn me that would void any option to return it to the store. I really felt at that point I had no choice but to return an already-built machine to the store. Believe me, getting it into the car was no fun task. Sears was good about the return, but I'm disappointed all around because this was obviously a defective piece of equipment and it was on me to either pay to have it serviced or get it back to the store. I could see if I had it a while, but it was less than a week old and used for less than 15 minutes. I'm guessing mine was a dud, but no way am I trusting anything by Body Flex again.

Sears has stooped to a new low!!!

BUYER BE WARNED!!! If you do not buy the offered extended warranty Sears will call you two to three times a day for weeks, to the phone number on your account. If you don't answer the phone or screen your calls, as we do, Sears will not leave a message, will not say who is calling, will not say what or why they are calling about and why Sears is brothering you. If you finally answer or call back, if you have caller ID, to complain Sears will tell you "it will take a month to clear your number from the system". Sears is failing and now they are stooping to predatory practices to increase profits. Let's see if they actually allow this review to be posted? And Oh buy the way this item was easy to assemble it took me approximately three hours and works fairly well.

no instructions!

I think this equipment has the potential to be beneficial to both my husband and me. If we ever figure out how to use it! There are no instructions with it - other than how to assemble. It's very confusing
