First off, don't let the 14 pages of assembly intimidate you. It wasn't that bad. It did take some time though;BE PATIENT! If you can read and follow directions you can assemble this yourself. First time I used the grill the temp got to 600 degrees in less than a minute. The meat I made was the juiciest and tastiest ever, so the assembly was well worth it.
Stainless steel?? Ha..what a joke. Note the picture with the red grill grates....well that is what mine looked like after 2 weeks but it was rust...not heat!! Of course the store did nothing for me so I contacted Char-Broil. Sent them high resolution pics of the rusty grates and they kept telling me to use oil on the etc, etc. I kept arguing with them I didn't buy a $650 cast iron grated grill that I need to constantly maintain...I'll pay under $300 to do that! They never would admit (even the manager) that their stainless steel is low grade (hence the rust) and wanted me to constantly oil it, etc. I kept asking him why I was supposed to treat their stainless steel grill like it's cast iron and never would get an answer. They did the 'ol, "we'll send you new grates, oh-their in backorder (wonder why!!) and they came, put them on and they rusted after the second use. JUNK JUNK JUNK!!! So I put the brand new, used 5 weeks, $650 stainless steel grill in the landfill and replaced it with a Kitchen Aid stainless steel grill from **********. And come look at my heavy stainless steel grates on by Kitchen Aid..... they're stainless steel looking!! Because that's what they are...stainless steel. Was a Char-Broil fan... have a cheaper model up north that I'm happy with but never again will they get a dime from me! I research who builds what from now on so I don't get a Char-Broil that's relabeled as something else like a Kenmore.
This grill is great. Easy to use. It looks great. Lights are good but could be a little brighter. Have not had any problems with rust but we also use a cover when not in use. Very large cooking service. Would recommend this product.

Very nice
This is my first time owning an outdoor grill.
It took a long time for me finalize the model.
Did a lot of research contemplating between LP and natural gas and even between brands and number of burners, material of burners etc.
After all those research, i Finally settled with this item.
Its been 4 months since i have been using it and the grill works absoltely great.
Grilled Chicken tastes great. I love it
After looking at grills in this price range I decided on the Charbroil. Overall the build quality seems rather good and it wasn't hard to put together at all, you just need some time, about 2 hours. I loved the size of the grill, you have plenty of room to grill different foods at varying temps and the grill heats up quickly. One thing to note this isn't like a normal grill, you need to season the grates and care for them like a cast iron pan. I will say it cooks very evenly and the meats stay very juicy. Overall this looks to be a great grill and one that I'm happy I purchased.
