I absolutely despise sears delivery lack of service. I have ordered three items to be delivered to my address and only 1 was delivered when scheduled. They do not give a damn about customer service. If you want something from sears, do not use their delivery service as it is the worst in the country. I am through with sears. They do not care about customers. Since the tv I ordered was not delivered when scheduled, I discovered they had lowered the price after I bought it and demanded the lower price. They did comply but would not have said anything if I had not caught it, no matter how many times I had been in contact with them.

I was skeptical but love it. Fantastic meat grilling and works well with veggies. Super hot and efficient. Best for turkey burgers I have every tried. Truly think this is a great grill.
