I have always gone to the salon but I'm tired of spending so much money when within 4 weeks the front of my hair is grey anyway. I've been dying my hair at home for the past year trying to find a color I love. A couple months ago I tried a cool toned dye since I wasn't getting the results I wanted and it turned my dark blonde hair to an auburn color. I didn't really mind the color but it was darker and more red than I wanted so I went to the salon to get some cool toned, fine highlights put in to break it up a little. Well the cool highlights turned out bright banana yellow and severely damaged my hair. So after about 2 months of living with hair I really didn't like I decided to try to blend it all together. I bought nice and easy 8 and 8g, mixed half of each color in the bottles and left on for 30 minutes and the results are probably my favorite hair color I have ever had. It worked almost like a toner blending all my hair to a slightly golden color and since I had highlights, it made it multi-toned. I will never use anything else, I am honestly amazed at the results. Also, I started with a level 6-7 reddish, brownish, blondish color with bright yellow highlights and where the color was darker it is a medium to dark golden blonde and the highlights are a medium golden blonde and it all blends very well and looks natural.
why on earth would you go an ruin a good thing - I know I'm not the only upset consumer by the reviews I have read. The previous color I used (am using the same color based on your new packaging) was perfect, highlights and everything was a consistent shade. this new shade is so much darker and not attractive. And to have to squeeze the formula into the bottle from that tube is a disaster. PLEASE GO BACK TO THE OLD FORMULA!!!! OR I guess I'll have to find another brand.
I am very dissatisfied with the "New and Improved" formula for Nice n Easy. I had used the old formula for many years and my hair was very natural looking with streaks of highlights built in. I used the light brown shade. Now the same shade comes out a flat extremely dark brown. I hate it. Gone are the natural highlights. You lost a long time customer.
I have been a faithful customer of Clairol hair color for over 50 years and specifically Nice and Easy 103a Natural Medium Blonde for probably 25 years. Last year, the packaging and ingredients changed with the creme as opposed to the original mixing ingredients. The color is not at all what is expected and looks blah. I wish that Clairol had never changed the product!!
After colouring with 9PB my hair is dull and lifeless. I want my blonde back. I thought it was just me until I read other reviews.
I have been using nice and easy hair colour all my life I am now 65. I used 110 natural bright Auburn which I was very happy with they have improved the colour which is 6R light Auburn. It is fab so many compliments on my new hair colour. Don't change it Clairol you have hit the jackpot!!!!!
I've been using another brand for years, lately my hair feels like straw. I decided to try third and I'm so glad I did! Full grey coverage, my hair is super soft and so shiny! My hair is black so other color brands can be dull, not the case here. I'm very satisfied and will keep using Nice & Easy.
