Conair ExtremeSteam Professional Upright Garment Steamer

This is by far the best garment steamer. It does everything it states. Has a long, strong, flexable cord that stays cool. Does not make noise or drip water as other steamers do. Steamer starts within seconds. I like that there is a on/off button on the hand held steamer without having to turn off the whole unit. When you push the button on the steam comes right back on strong. I have used it on my mattress without any problems. Steam is still strong holding at different levels.

I believe Conair Extreme Steam Professional Upright Garment Steamer is one of the best home garment steamer on the market after doing my research and also comparing this one to my last  steamer. I had my last Conair steamer for around 8 years and used it at least 2/3 days a week. It is well worth paying extra as it has so much more steam power and extras that you can use. Bought on sale plus free shipping in July.

Poor Reliability

We have purchased this item twice for my wife's business. She sells wedding dresses and on occasion she steams them for shows. Both of the steamers broke within about 5 months. I regularly cleaned them and they just stopped working both times. Luckily I bought purchase protection, but $15 every 5 months adds up.

Arrived damaged.

I haven’t used it yet. It arrived damaged. I don’t believe the functionality will suffer but it still needs replacing.

Powerful Steamer

|

I have always used a steamer and never have a found a more powerful steamer for home use. The only drawback is that it’s a little bulky. The clips on the bottom get in the way but... it has no effect on getting the job done. It’s well worth the money.
