I purchased this because I needed a 2-1/2 quart casserole baking dish that would fit in my Cuisinart convection oven. I absolutely love it. Highly recommend this dish.
I love the dish, especially two handles to put into and take out of the oven. However, the knob on the glass cover is stripped after very little use. I noticed others said the same thing. Will you replace??? Only need cover. Would not recommend to someone due to poor quality of knob attached to cover which is not like Corning quality.
Bought this 3qt rectangle. Even with prespraying was still almost impossible to clean. Never cooked any higher than 325°. And on the 4th or 5th time I used it I went to pull the meatloaf out of the oven and the pan shattered into so many pieces I burnt my foot very bad and completely wasted a whole meat loaf. Definitely not the quality my mom used to have in corningware and NO WAY I WOULD EVER BUY THEM AGAIN! HAD THE same issue with the 2.5 qt oval with lid corningware. So I won't be buying that brand ever again.
2.5 at oval with lid corningware. I normally but the cheap $15 double pack of plain glass baking dishes from ********, but I saw this and remembered a set my mom had that were great. Easy to use, clean and lasted forever. But this 1 I used it 3 times, it was very difficult to clean even with prespraying it. I never used it any higher than 325° and the third time used it while I was pulling the pan of augratin potatoes out of the oven and the whole pain just fell apart into about 10 pieces and this isn't the only one I bought also a 3qt rectangle one at the same time and again never used it any hire than 325° but on the 5th use the whole bottom of the pan cracked out from under it. To much $ and 2 wasted dinners that no one got to eat! Wont buy again!!
i was cooking steak and went to take the pot out, the steak went crashing to the floor because the handle broke on the right side. BUT THE BOWL WAS INTACT. so idk whether to praise or not
I cook with this piece at least two or three times a week
