I WAS OUT ON A BUSINESS TRIP AND SPILLED RED WINE ON THE SHIRT I BROUGHT FROM HOME. LUCKILY, I REMEMBERED THAT SEARS CARRIED THE SAME SHIRT I WAS WEARING - I RUSHED TO THE CLOSES ONE WITHOUT MISSING A BEAT. PROBLEM SOLVED!
The shirt came with a defect in the material on the sleeve. I tried to exchange it for another one at the local Sears store. They took it back but had me reorder the replacement one. The first one was on sale but the replacement one was going to be twice the cost. I thought it should've been the same price I paid originally. This created a big problem with phone calls by the sales clerk to customer service. Took about 40 mins with no change in price. I gave up and cancelled the replacement order. Not going to do business with Sears on line ever again.
Sears Chat was helpful to correct problem and reorder the shirt. I Purchased before and nice shirt but not in package received today as suppose to be!
