Well Made

My dad likes this Torque Wrench a lot. It is pretty easy to use. The Wrench is well made with heavy feel when you hold it. The handle is made with sturdy plastic. Overall I am pleased with this item.

Only 90 Day Calibration Warranty (not Shown) 1 YEAR WARRANTY otherwise

The calibration was off from the day I purchased this. They hide the fact that this product only has a year warranty on the rear bottom of the packaging. They also didn't state on the packaging that it only had only a 90 day calibration warranty. You have to pay to have it calibrated after that. The reason for a torque wrench is for the calibration to be correct. Otherwise it is useless. Don't waste your money.

Poor quality that shouldn't have passed QC inspection or been mass produced

DO NOT PURCHASE this or any other Craftsman torque wrench. It is so poorly engineered, it doesn't even work. It won't lock for forward or reverse. It will just turn and swivel like a child's toy. One time I got it to lock and was trying to tighten wheel lug nuts. As I started to put pressure on the handle, the lock became unlocked, and I hit my head on the wheel housing really hard. Craftsman torque wrenches are NOT safe. You WILL injure yourself. Save yourself the trouble and buy other reputable brands. Stay away from Craftsman.
