Good sturdy adapter. It can take the torque.
So far, I have broken two of these. I am beginning to wonder if Sears no longer specifies these so they are durable and will last. They probably build into the price the fact the customer will return them at least once. What can you say about an adapter? It worked until it broke. I had it on a torque wrench that was tightening to 85lbs and pop!!! It was inconvenient because it was the only one I had. I took it back and a replacement was not in stock. I had to wait weeks and kept checking with the store because they would not call me when the item was finally in stock. Hit or miss!
very nice !!
I had to buy this for a specific project, but it is a must have for any mechanic or craftsman. I wish every socket set Craftsman made came with a set of these adapters.
I had this in the car tool bag which only has my 12 pt sockets, and when the need arose I used it to get the last nut out of the strut to finish the job
