Very happy with purchase

The ratchet seems to be fairly durable. The times that I have used it so far, it has held up very well. Some of the other 1/4 drive ratchets seemed cheaply made. In my opinion, this one is one of the better craftsman 1/4 drive ratchets.

Poor quality, broke, warrantee was not honored

Product was purchased by Sears store customer service representative to replace my broken Craftsman 1/4 inch ratchet. Sears took my old ratchet from me and guaranteed a new one would be mailed to my address. It's been nearly a month now and I've received no replacement. Upon investigation it appears the order was canceled for some reason. Neither Sears customer service nor Sears store employees have been able to fix the issue in any way despite spending over an hour on the phone with them. At this point I've wasted more time than its worth.... and they still have my old ratchet. The original ratchet broke and the lifetime warranty is useless if this company doesn't honor it. I will no longer purchase from here.

Great

I love the size of the head, it is much thinner than the other 2 quarter drive ratchets I have. Top quality, very nice ratchet.
