Pay more attention to service!

The tool itself is the quality I would expect from Craftsman, although not branded as such.
I ordered this online for in store pickup to save money. Thankfully, I selected the "pay in store" option.
When I got to the store, the pickup location couldn't locate my order with my emails, so I went to try to pay first.
The main sales floor had long lines, so I went to the tool department. After waiting almost ten minutes for the clerk to try to sell the non-English speaking customers in front of me the buyer's club and every other option, he was unable to locate my order with my emails. He even scanned the barcode.
To save time, I finally stepped around the corner, got the wrench off the shelf and paid full price. And Sears wonders why their company is going under...
