Miter Saw

I looked everywhere for a sliding miter saw, and found this one on sale. This saw is approx. 40% cheaper than other comparable items. I did have to set up the adjustments on saw for square and angles. After adjustments, the saw cuts extremely well. The slide is very smooth and the saw reacts well.

needs tweaking

I got this saw for the price and features. Cuts fine. Laser feature is helpful but only in shade. However, after using it to cut lamainate wood flooring boards, the blade is dull and smokes trying to cut thru a 2x4. I tried to change the blade but cannot even get the blade to stay locked to unblot it. The spindle lock keeps slipping. Guess I will need to take the darn thing apart just to get the spindle to stay put so I can remove the blade!!! TIP: check to see if the blade arbor can be unscrewed before using it the first time. May want to apply some antiseize cpd on the threads.

Rock solid 12” sliding miter

On sale this totally meets my needs and nothing was close to the price.
It’s dead on accurate and cuts clear and square.

Great Saw

My wife bought me this saw for my birthday, I love it. Perfect miters. Very powerful, true cut. The only criticism I have is the dust collection. I have it connected to my shop system but the dust comes out the sides of the hinge. Not all but enough that you have to clean up afterwards. The laser is bright enough, not sure what the other review was talking about. I think they are discontinued now?? but I dont know why. 12 in saw if perfect for cutting larger work. Powerful enough to cut through 6x12 reclaimed lumber without breaking a sweat. I do wish it was a double bevel but well worth the money. I recommend !
