Best jack @ this price

This is the best jack for our SUV operating in the field, considering portability, performance & cost. the oilfields. There is 0 problem with this jack.

Junk from china

Total junk. The jack started to bend on my first use trying to lift the front driver's side of a 3,100 lb Toyota. I can't see this jack lifting its full claimed weight of 4,000 lbs. The old Craftsman jacks were made in the USA and were heavier and stronger than this junk. I needed another jack to get this one out from under the car because the arm bent and it wouldn't close all the way. You are better off spending extra $$ and buying a jack made in the USA or buy a different brand. Craftsman is no longer the quality brand we grew up with. Also Sears gave me the run around and would not honor their warranty nor take it back.

Sears is Horrible

Item came damaged. Try to call and talked to 4 people that can’t hardly speak English. This company is going down and now I know why. I will NEVER consider Sears in the future. This is after I purchased a Kenmore refrigerator that arrived damaged as well. All within 4 weeks. Go elsewhere if you want customer service and people who actually care.
