I have a full size van and this is small enough to be movable from front to back.Has plenty of power for getting the sand out of the carpet . I am really pleased with the product.
product is fine, but the buying process is broken. I saved $10 buying online, I chose in store pickup. The kiosk at the will call did not work; apparently that is only for those who pay for it in advance. For my situation, one has to go in the store to pay for it, then go back to the will call. The clerk could not figure it out; and they would not simply sell me an item on the floor for the online price. A manager had to get involved to complete the sale. This was frustrating for all involved. All of that labor to complete a $20 sale; I don't see how Sears comes out ahead on that. I suppose it is a training issue to a degree, but I assert that the process is too complex. Sears Corporate needs to reevaluate their process
