The bumper frame has so many holes in it that two on each side will likely line up just fine with corresponding holes in the front frame of your riding mower. So just put the bumper up to your riding mower (mine is an old Craftsman II 19HP Twin 42" deck mower) and look for holes in the bumper frame which line up with square holes that are in your mower's front frame (the sides of the mower's front frame which surround the engine's muffler). Then stick one of the supplied carriage bolts (domed/smooth head with square shoulder) into the square hole in the frame (I had to use needle nose pliers because I couldn't get my hands between the muffler and the frame to put the carriage bolt in the hole) then push or pull the carriage bolt threads through the corresponding hole in the bumper frame, put on a supplied washer and then the fender/lock hex nut. Repeat till you have two on each side and then tighten.
Just picked up the bumper yesterday and right out of the box its already has paint rubbed down to bare metal
Fits Husqvarna YTH1842 perfectly
I absolutely love this purchase. This addition to my craftsman yard tractor completes my machine.. It looks great and protects my investment.
This option should be a standard feature.
I found out the hard way.
Excellent fit and ease of installation.
I had it shipped and it arrived scratched, dented and no end cap covers. Full of water and rusting in less than one year ! I do not recommend, even at the new lower price.
Does exactly what I wanted it for was easy to install looks good
