Love this craftsman

Smooth comfortable ride with lots of power. Free delivery was a smooth transaction. The hydro on fender makes for easy operations.

Won't maintain speed

First tractor delivered will not maintain speed going uphill and races out of control downhill. Shifting into neutral does not stop the tractor as per the manual. Exchanged for the same model and had the same issues maintaining speeds uphill and down hill. The second tractor did stop when I put it in neutral. I have an 8 year old Sears lawn tractor with the same fender mount speed control and it maintains speed both uphill and downhill. Very disappointed with this tractor and really needed the fender control due to serious knee issues when using an accelerator. Sent both tractors back, if they would fix this transmission issue I would buy another.

Scraping the very bottom of the barrel here with this one

|

If your reading this it means that you are scraping the very bottom of the barrel. Put your wallet back in your pocket and step away slowly. This mower is junk. I am on my 3rd "automatic" belt and the machine had hardly been used. I was going to sell it for pennies on the dollar, but my conscience wouldn't let me do it. The transmission is inept.

Real Nice

Couldn't be more happy. Cut my mowing time from hours to 45 minutes. Arrived ready to go. Runs perfect. Recommend.

Great mower

Used for the first time. Worked pretty well. Only feature I was not too happy about was you can’t cut while backing up.

Very disappointed

|

Do not buy this tractor. You will need 2 hands and a foot to control the speed and steer. Very hard to use. Engine sounds like its made out of tin. Just a cheap design. Certainly not worth anywhere near the price they charge. Save your money.
