Came dented and unusable. Asked for return and everything was going fine I revieved email with return label and I dropped off at local ups. It’s been three weeks and I have yet to receive a refund. Kmart says I never shipped the item and the tracking number doesn’t show anything. I’ve spent over 4 hours on the phone with overseas representatives and they all promise a refund and then NOTHING. This is the worst buying experience I’ve ever had!!!!!
Most reasonable tools for the price. Love my set.

The Tools were most likely fine. However, this arrived in a cardboard box that was way too big and falling apart. The tool box literally fell out of the box when I received it. The case was broken do to the poor shipping. I tried to return it at a local KMart that was listed on the website only to find out it had closed down, which makes me wonder what else on the website is out of date. Now I had to ship it back. I know there has been a lot of talk about Craftsman quality once Sears decided to start importing from overseas. I don't know if there is a drop in quality, but importing from China has certainly hurt the branding and image of Craftsman.
Understand mistakes happen. However customer service to get this corrected was terrible. Literally hung up on 3 times attempting to talk to a supervisor - at which point I gave up. I am done with sears/kmart.
